I’m a student who loves art, world history, International Relations and anything else that is part of the Human Science field, or at least related to it. I was born in Brazil to a mother daughter of Japaneses and a father son to a Portuguese father and an Italian mother. I moved to Japan with my family when I was only 6 years old and speaking only Portuguese. Although at the time I couldn’t speak the local language yet, I was given the chance to have a close understanding of different cultures, customs and different people from a very young age. I guess that being born in a family so miscegenated ー genetically and culturally ー is what made me interested in learning about different cultures, and consequently new languages. I love to help connecting people through language with translations, and I’m very happy that I can do it being part of an artistic initiative like BridgeThink.
